| These are the plans for a
simple single family home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a 2-car garage and attached workshop. This home was built in the summer of 2000.

| This large home boasts great views to a lake and stream and lots of privacy from the road. With it's three bedrooms, office, centralized laundry room, mirror-image bathrooms, large deck, 3-seasons porch, and roomy loft above the garage there's no shortage of space here! This home was built in the fall of 2003.

| Keeping with the theme, here's another lakefront home project which was completed this past summer. Interesting features to note are the finished walk out basement complete with kitchenette and two bedrooms, master bedroom suite with two walk-in closets, spa and shower, and the large loft overlooking the expansive views of the lake.

This is an interesting project that is in the preliminary process... the first PDF file is a series of proposed floor plans for the basement of an octagon-shaped lakefront home.
The customer requested new guest bedrooms, as well as a den sitting
area.

The second preliminary phase of the octagon home project introduces
the new first floor area, complete with open-concept kitchen, more
efficient stairway, and an open-rafter roof design. A wrap-around deck
has also been added to take advantage of the spacious lake views.
